Wendy received her Bachelor’s degree from Beijing Secondary Foreign Language University. She is in charge of Courseware Department and is responsible for various projects and operations in designing and developing training courses for Click 4 Compliance clients. Wendy has over 10 years experience leading a team of eLearning developers.  Prior to being in the eLearning business, Wendy was as Director of Human Resources department of Top Glory International of COFCO Plaza Development Company, one of Chinese state-owned companies and now becoming a top 500 global company. In COFCO, she led the implementation, monitoring, evaluation and further development of the organisation's HR strategy and training management system.
