The new team includes Jimmy Garcia-Meza, Chris Farris, and Traci Coughlan.

Jimmy Garcia-Meza will focus on global strategy for Click 4 Compliance. He has over 20 years of experience in executive and sales management roles. He was recently CEO of FilesX Inc, a storage software company acquired by IBM in 2008. “Our push into partner and third-party training is an essential component of any company’s compliance efforts,” said Garcia-Meza.

Chris Farris, who was an in-house lawyer with Sun Microsystems for over 11 years, is General Counsel and Vice-President of Operations. He is a leader in effectively managing legal departments and corporate compliance and a strong advocate of risk-reduction in a corporate environment. Farris is the author of Click 4 Compliance‘s new course, Doing Business with the U.S. Government, which is designed for commercial companies that also sell to the U.S. Government. Traci Coughlan is a global antitrust and corporate compliance specialist with over 16 years of combined in-house corporate and law firm experience, including over 10 years at Sun Microsystems. She served as Sun’s Chief Antitrust Counsel for several years, where she provided detailed competition law counseling, training, and tools to Sun’s worldwide marketing, sales, engineering, and M&A departments.
