General LMS Questions

What are the minimum technical requirements for Click 4 Compliance courses?

Minimum user workstation requirement:

  • 128M RAM
  • Screen resolution 800×600
  • Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista
  • Mac OS X  and later
  • Macromedia Flash Player 8.0, 9.0 or 10.0 (Plug-in or ActiveX)
  • Sun Microsystems JVM 1.5 and later (Java for Apple Mac operating System)
  • Bandwidth 56kbps

What are the recommended technical specs for Click 4 Compliance courses?

Recommended user workstation requirement:

  • 512M RAM
  • Screen resolution 1024×768 and above
  • Sound card/speakers
  • Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista
  • Mac OS X  and later
  • Macromedia Flash Player 8.0, 9.0 or 10.0 (Plug-in or ActiveX)

  • Bandwidth 1MBps or above
  • Cookies Enabled

Do I need any special hardware or software to view the courses?
Click 4 Compliance courses all contain audio and Flash graphics and require the Flash plug-in (version 8 or later). You can determine whether your computer has Flash installed (and, if so, which version) by visiting Adobe’s website. If your computer does not have Flash installed or does not have version 8 or later, this page will direct you to download the latest version free of charge.

Getting Started/ Login Questions

Where do I login?
Your login screen for the course will be: www.click4compliance.com
Then click on Customer Login in the upper right hand portion of the Homepage and follow the instructions.

How do I receive my User ID and Password?
If you have an email address you will receive an email with this information when your training is ready to start.  If you do not have an email address or you have not received an email please contact your company administrator/manager. 

What do I do if I forgot my password or cannot login?
Click on the “Forgot your Password” on the Click 4 Compliance’s Compliance Portal Login Page and follow the instructions.  You will receive an email with a new password.  If you do not have an email address please contact your company administrator to have the password reset. 

What should I do once I log in?
Once you log in you will be required to change your password before you can take your course.   You only have to do this on your 1st login. 

How do I change my password?
To change your password at any time click on the “My Profile Settings” button on the left hand side of the screen.   Then click on “Change Password”.  Type in your current password and then your new password and click “Save Changes”.

Are my Username and Password case sensitive?
If you have an email address, your Username is your email address and it is must be lower case.  Your password IS case sensitive as well and must be entered as provided.  When you are prompted to change your password, you must enter a password that is a minimum of 8 characters in length, has at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter and one number.

What other information is available on My Homepage?
There may be a Welcome message that will be displayed once you log in- be sure to check it out for any important information that your manager wants you to know. 

Course Questions

How do I launch the course?
There are two places you can launch your course(s) from- in the middle of your home page you will see “Course Overview” and on the left hand side of the home page there is the “My Courses” tab.  Click on the “Enter” button and your course will launch.  Be sure to have disabled your Pop up Blocker.

What do I do if my course will not load?
Most of the time, course loading issues have to do with your Pop-up blocker.  Make sure you are selecting the option to “Always allow pop-ups” from our site instead of temporarily. Also, you will want to make sure you don’t use a Google, Yahoo, etc. search bar on your browser.  If you do, those Pop-up blockers need to be disabled as well.

How do I return to the Home Page after I finish with the course?
To return to the Home Page, click on the “Exit Activity” text in the upper right.

How long do I have to take the lesson?
There is no time limit.  You can take the course at your convenience.  Your company may have a set time frame upon which you need to have the course completed.  Check the email you were sent or with your manager.

How long does it take an employee to complete a typical program?
We value your time and have built a training program that is comprehensive without consuming too much of your time. Click 4 Compliance programs (including the quiz) take approximately 45 minutes from start to finish.

Can I take a course over a period of several days? If so, will the system pick up where I last left off?
Yes.  Click 4 Compliance’s system tracks your progress as you take a training program. If you sign out, or otherwise exit the program, even through a system crash, our system allows you to resume from where you left off in your earlier visit.  If you lose your Internet connection, close your browser and sign in again once your connection has been restored.  The only time this is not the case is in the quiz.  If you exit out of the quiz, when you log in again, you will start again at question #1.

Can I repeat portions of the course?
You must start the course from the beginning; however, you can manually advance to the section(s) of interest.

I found a possible error in the course, how do I report it?
Contact your company administrator and report the error. 

Quiz Information

How long do I have to take the quiz?
There is no time limit, however, once you start the quiz you must finish it in one session or you will have to re-start from the beginning.

If I stop the quiz while taking it, can I resume where I left off?
No, you must restart.

What score do I need to pass the quiz?
80%

How many times can I retake the quiz if necessary?
There is no limit—until you pass.

How/When do I see my quiz scores?
You can view scores immediately after completing the quiz.  In addition, you can view details of your quiz attempts via the Learning Management System (LMS) “Grades” tab located on the left side of your Home Page. 

Will I receive a copy of my quiz score?
You can print a copy of your transcript for your records.  Go to the “Grades” tab, and then choose which report type you want – User Report or Overview Report.

Why can’t I print my quiz?
The quiz is designed to be taken online only.

Other Information

What information is reported to my manager?

For a lesson, the following is reported: 

  • When you started the lesson
  • Did you finish
  • Number of times you have viewed the lesson
  • When you last viewed course 

For the quiz, the following is reported:

  • How many times quiz attempted
  • When you last attempted quiz
  • Whether or not you passed
  • Your quiz score

What does it mean if my course launches a blank screen?
Go to the “Grades” tab, and then cIf you get a blank screen when you launch your course, this means either you do not have Flash on your machine or it has not been updated.   Go to http://www.adobe.com/downloads/ to download and install Flash on your machine.

Why can’t I move forward in the course?
If you do not see the navigational buttons on the lower right of the course, you have your zoom level on your browser set too high.  Go to your Tools and decrease the zoom level to 100%.
