How much do Click 4 Compliance courses cost?
Click 4 Compliance offers pricing per user per course per year based on whether you are utilizing your own Learning Management System (LMS) or ours.

Can I demo a course?
Each C4C course with a demo available may be accessed on our website via that specific course page.  From any course page, you may access the entire list of demos available.  You may also receive access to our courses by contacting our Sales Department at 703-787-9492 or email us at info@click4compliance.com.

Who writes Click 4 Compliance’s courses?
Click 4 Compliance courses are developed by experts in compliance, both from a headquarters and a field perspective, with decades of experience in training employees on complex compliance topics, without “legalese”.

What are the minimum technical requirements for Click 4 Compliance courses?

Minimum user workstation requirements:

  • 128M RAM
  • Screen resolution 800×600
  • Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7
  • Mac OS X 10.4 and later
  • Macromedia Flash Player 8.0 or later (Plug-in or ActiveX)
  • Java Runtime *
  • Bandwidth 56kbps

           * Sun Microsystems JVM 1.5 and later (Java for Apple Mac operating System) required for some systems

What are the recommended technical specs for Click 4 Compliance courses?

Recommended user workstation requirements:

  • Sound card/speakers

Do I need any special hardware or software to view the courses?
Click 4 Compliance courses all contain audio and Flash graphics and require the Flash plug-in (version 8 or later). You can determine whether your computer has Flash installed (and, if so, which version) by visiting Adobe’s website. If your computer does not have Flash installed or does not have version 8 or later, this page will direct you to download the latest version free of charge.

What browsers are compatible with C4C courses?

Windows OS

  • Internet Explorer 8 or later (with JavaScript enabled and JCookies enabled)
  • Firefox 4 or later (with JavaScript enabled and Cookies enabled)
  • Chrome 20 or later (with JavaScript enabled and Cookies enabled)

How long would it take for my company to start training?
If you purchase one of our Off-the-Shelf courses without any customizations, we can have clients start training within 3 business days.  Quicker turnaround times are available.

How long does it take an employee to complete a typical course?
We value your time and have built a training program that is comprehensive without consuming too much of your time. Most Click 4 Compliance courses (including the quiz) take approximately 30 minutes from start to finish.

Can we include a company policy to your training that our employees would have to read and acknowledge within the training?
We have worked with a variety of clients to include a printable certification for users and a trackable certification where each user agrees to be bound by the Company’s Code of Conduct.

Administration / LMS

What kind of learning management system (LMS) does Click 4 Compliance use?
Our enterprise-class LMS solution provides easy administration, with its robust tracking and reporting tools. Or if you have your own LMS, our courses will run on any LMS that is SCORM-compliant and with virtually any operating system or internet browser.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of employees that can take a Click 4 Compliance course?
Because our courses are SCORM-compliant, they can easily be moved or hosted on any LMS. And because any number of users can be added to an LMS, they are 100% scalable from one to hundreds of thousands of users, no maximum or minimum.

How can I track my employees’ usage of Click 4 Compliance’s courses?
Our LMS can be accessed 24×7. Know when your employees started and finished the course, when it was last viewed, their scores on the quiz, etc. The reporting tool has the ability to run standard report templates as well as create custom report templates, cross-table analysis and graphical reports. Reports can be automated and emailed out to a designated person. There is also a Dashboard function for ease of use and quick views.

Customization

Are Click 4 Compliance’s courses “customizable”?
Our courses are designed for easy, low-cost customization, including logos, color schemes, intranet links, introductions (audio, video and text), adding and removing topics, additional role-plays, quiz questions or any other feature. In fact, we have provided customization services of one form or another to most of our major customers. Because we are 100% customer-focused, our clients find working with us on customization to be easy and satisfying.

What if there is a course my company needs that Click 4 Compliance doesn’t offer?
We can employ our expertise in instructional design to build a course for you completely from scratch.  Click 4 Compliance provides custom course design “from the ground up” for organizations that desire a unique solution and require an entirely custom-designed training course.

Does Click 4 Compliance provide courses in other languages, besides English?
Our courses are either currently available or can be easily made available in any language.
